FRIDAY MORNING COFFEE VISITS

Friday morning coffee gatherings will return this year once the mornings warm up! Join us behind Unit #84 at 10:00 a.m. with a beverage of your choice and a lawn chair. Whether you prefer sun or shade, there’s a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy good company.


All are welcome—come reconnect with familiar faces and hopefully meet some new neighbors too! To signal that the gathering is happening, an empty chair will be placed on the back lawn of #84 earlier that morning.


Looking forward to seeing you whenever it works for you throughout the warmer months!
Walkabout

The Board completed its walkabout on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Plans are underway to address the approaches and steps, and we anticipate having more updates at the AGM.


Above all, it was incredibly clear that we live in a community where homeowners genuinely care about their surroundings. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for their dedication and efforts!


Any specific unit concerns will be addressed directly with the respective owners
Garage Trim


During the walkabout, it was observed that many garages have trim in need of maintenance. We encourage homeowners to take a close look at the trim around their garage and address any chipping paint by carefully peeling it away, lightly sanding the surface, and repainting with a high-quality white exterior semi-gloss paint.

Garbage Services

Currently, the City of Calgary provides garbage removal services, while Blue Planet handles recycling and compostable waste. Blue Planet has offered us a discounted package to manage all three services: garbage, recycling, and compostable waste.


Starting June 1, 2025, Blue Planet will be our sole provider for these services. 


Please note: There may be a brief service gap between May 31, 2025, and June 1, 2025, as the City removes their bins and Blue Planet delivers theirs.
