NORTH-EAST VISITOR PARKING LOT CLOSED FOR THE SEASON

Please be advised that the north-east parking lot will be closed until further notice.

Why is the parking lot closed?
We’ve experienced heavy snowfall and need a designated area to store excess snow. Removing snow from the community would cost thousands of dollars, so using this space helps us avoid damaging the grass and keeps costs manageable.

Can I park there if there’s little snow?
No. Allowing ad-hoc parking creates issues. If snow removal crews arrive and a vehicle is parked there, it could be blocked in or force snow to be placed elsewhere, potentially clogging drains.

How long will the closure last?
The lot will remain closed for the duration of the snow season. We anticipate reopening in March, April, or May, depending on weather conditions.

Is there any good news?
Yes! Your Board liaison is in constant communication with the snow removal company. If a major snow event occurs and plowing is scheduled, we will email everyone so vehicles in visitor parking areas can be cleared for snow removal. Please check emails from the condo board, especially if you have visitors.

Important Reminder
All overnight guests must be registered. Any unregistered vehicle parked overnight will be towed.
FREEZE THAW FREEZE THAW and continuous REPEAT

With the temperatures expected to be warm in the day and cold at night along with the overhang of snow from the roofs, PLEASE BE CAREFUL on the steps and walkways.  There is not much we can do except add ice melt where needed.  If your steps are icy - PLEASE REPORT IT!

Community Pet Policy Reminder

It has come to the Board’s attention that there may be some confusion regarding the community’s pet policy. To clarify: all pets must be pre-approved by the Board before being brought into a residence.

Approval Process:

  1. The Owner or Resident must complete the Pet Approval Request Form and submit it via email to the Board.
  2. The Board will review the request and may follow up for additional details or clarification.
  3. A formal decision will be issued—either approval or denial.
  4. If approved, the pet is officially welcomed into the community. Pets are not permitted to reside in the community prior to receiving approval.

Important Note:
Bringing a pet into the community without prior approval may result in the pet being subject to removal.

Please review the policy and process HERE.

While we may not be able to provide much advance notice before the application begins, we will do our best to inform residents ahead of time whenever possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and healthy outdoor environment.
