Garage Door - Adjusting Travel Limits (or Strike)
Some garage doors in our community are rusting on the bottom. This is due, in large part, to the travel limit or strike of the door. If the door sits completly on the concrete and not on the rubber of the door, it does not allow for water to drain. When water can't drain the metal garage door sits in water and rusts.
If you are not comfortable adjusting the travel limit of your garge door yourself, please be sure to have someone do it for you.
