The Walkabout was conducted on May 22, 2013 as scheduled.  Several issues are being considered as projects for this season.  They are:

 

  • Roadway/Driveway repairs
  • Garage Door Repairs (for those rusting)
  • Brick Facade Repair
  • Back Filling for Settled Earth
  • Siding Repairs
  • Landscaping Improvements

 

There are also some unit specific items that were also identified.  The owners affected will be contacted separately to arrange for repairs.
