The Walkabout was conducted on May 17, 2012 as scheduled.  Several issues are being considered as projects for this season.  They are:

 

  • Roadway/Driveway repairs
  • Garage Door Painting (for those rusting)
  • Garage Door Trim Painting
  • Bat House
  • Unit Power Washing
  • Brick Facade Repair
  • Back Filling for Settled Earth
  • Siding Repairs
  • Stucco Fence Repairs

 

There are also some unit specific items that were also identified.  The owners affected will be contacted separately to arrange for repairs.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. 

Non-compliance with this By-Law will not be tolerated.
